Refund policy



At Khandaani, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent return and refund process to ensure your complete peace of mind when purchasing from us.


RETURN WINDOW

Customers may request a return of their purchased products within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, with no questions asked.

The return must be initiated within this 3-day period. Return requests made after this window will not be accepted.



RETURN CONDITIONS 

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be strictly adhered to:
  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Certain products are excluded from the return policy for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the stipulated conditions.



RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, the customer must:
  • Contact our Customer Support team at khandaani.in@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide the order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos where applicable.
  • Once the return is approved, detailed return instructions and the return address will be provided.



RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

 

  • It is strongly recommended to use a trackable and insured shipping method when returning products to avoid loss or damage during transit.
  • The customer is not responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly by us.



REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received at our facility, our Quality Control team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm that the return conditions are met.

Upon successful verification:
  •  The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  •  Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refunded amount reflects in your account.

If the returned product fails to meet our return policy conditions, the return will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer at their cost.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange a product should return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


DEMAGE & DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

  • The customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  • Upon verification, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and either a replacement product will be sent or a full refund will be issued.
  • In the rare event that a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
